Diversity, equity and inclusion

Ridgeway businesses operate within the Women’s Empowerment Principles. Launched in 2010 by UN Women and UN Global Compact, the Principles are informed by international labour and human rights standards and grounded in the recognition that businesses have a stake in, and a responsibility for, gender equality and women’s empowerment.

Environmental impact

Ridgeway is committed to acting in an environmentally conscious and responsible way. We make environmental sustainability a consideration in decision making and business operations.

We are committed to reducing the carbon emissions associated with our business. As far as practical, all business travel is undertaken by non-carbon emitting transport or on shared public transportation.
